Most RGB LED displays on the market use SMD-type LEDs. Maven’s ultra fine pitch Mini LED display (P0.6~P1.0) uses proprietary mass transfer technology to surface mount red, green and blue Mini LEDs on PCB to significantly improve thermal dissipation and reliability. Maven features phosphor-converted red Mini LEDs to replace conventional red Mini LED chips in our Mini LED RGB emissive display. The luminous intensity decay of Maven’s phosphor-converted red Mini LED is much less than that of intrinsic phosphide based red Mini LED chips over higher temperature. In addition, it can resolve the bottleneck of insufficient red Mini LED chip production capacity and alleviate heat dissipation due to operating voltage differences among red chip, green chip and blue chip. The color gamut of phosphor-converted Mini LED RGB emissive display can reach REC. 2020 >90% or NTSC >120%.
